I provide all the equipment if coming to me and I can advise you on equipment you may wish to purchase if at home. You can do many things without anything at all so you really don’t need to spend a lot of money.
Prices start from £23 for online training and £37.50 for face to face if booking a block of 10.
I am based in charlton kings. During the first lockdown in 2020 I converted my garage into a light, private, fully equipped space which is perfect for one to one training. I also offer online training so you don’t have to leave your home.
Most women that see me need to improve their strength and that doesn’t mean jumping around! Slow controlled movements that challenge you without getting too hot and sweaty are key to getting you stronger. Saying that, a little jumping here and there is good for the bones and muscles but we can talk about that later!
I am not a nutritionist and therefore can not offer you a diet of any sort to follow but I can advise and provide you with some great articles to help you plan your meals and snacks based on your needs.
Its never too late to start strength training. As we age we can lose muscle mass if we are not using our muscles as we should be and its really important to try and and maintain as much muscle mass as possible.
Our first session will give me a good idea of how you move, your strength, flexibility and co-ordination. I will then be able to plan a programme for you and think ahead of exercises that you need and hopefully would enjoy.
