Its totally natural to be a bit apprehensive when starting something new but please don’t worry I will work with you at your pace and build your confidence to try new things as you are ready.
Our first session will give me a good idea of how you move, your strength, flexibility and co-ordination. I will then be able to plan a programme for you and think ahead of exercises that you need and hopefully would enjoy.
Most women that see me need to improve their strength and that doesn’t mean jumping around! Slow controlled movements that challenge you without getting too hot and sweaty are key to getting you stronger. Saying that, a little jumping here and there is good for the bones and muscles but we can talk about that later!
Training with a friend is an option although the price will be slightly more than a standard session.
