With my one-to-one expertise, we can achieve your fitness goals together.
Online or Face-Face

I offer online sessions starting from 30 mins to 1 hour. If you prefer face-to-face I have my own gym that is light, private and fully equipped.

Free Consultation

I offer a free consultation to discuss how we could work together. Once we start I am happy to provide you with programmes that you can continue with when we are not together. Little and often is very beneficial so I encourage you to keep moving in between our sessions.
