My goal is to inspire women to get motivated, stay motivated and most importantly to enjoy their exercise.
20 Years of Fun!
I have over 20 years experience within the health and fitness industry and have worked in a variety of fitness gyms including some of London’s exclusive health clubs, AIG Bank of London gym and Fitness Director on Cunards Crown Dynasty.
In 2002 I moved away from the hustle and bustle of London to Cheltenham where I am enjoying a more serene way of working. I have built up a varied group of local clients in Gloucestershire working with women of all ages and abilities.
I have a MSc in Applied Science and HND in The Science Management of Health and Fitness. I am also a fully qualified RSA Exercise to Music Teacher and hold a current First Aid certificate.
Many of my clients are mums, some new and some not so new! As a mother to two boys I understand the demands of working, raising children and trying to stay fit and take care of your health.
My first job after leaving university with my HND was for Cunard as Fitness Director on board one of their luxury cruise liners travelling around the Caribbean and Alaska. I also worked for some of London’s exclusive fitness health clubs before returning to university to study for a Masters.
I have taught a variety of fitness classes over the past fifteen years which include Aerobics, Step, Circuits, Body Pump, Spinning, Fit Ball and Body Conditioning.
I am continually studying the latest fitness thinking and researching new exercises. I have also been to many fitness conventions over the past 20 years in the UK & abroad.
